Dr Julian Lewis: As a member of the Intelligence and Security Committee, I leave the Chamber in no doubt whatever that if I had done what the Guardian has done in relation to the classified material that we see, I have no hesitation in saying that I would expect to be charged. My hon. Friend [Julian Smith] mentioned the D-notice system. Does he know whether the Guardian used or was approached under the terms of the D-notices?
