Sir Julian Lewis: To ask the Secretary of State for Education, what recent assessment she has made of the causes of inequity in respect of funding per pupil in different parts of the country via (a) Dedicated Schools Grant and (b) Special Educational Needs funding; what plans she has to review this situation; and what her policy is to rebalance the distribution of resources in order to remedy it.
