The Parliamentary Secretary for the Cabinet Office (Mark Ferguson): The Government does not centrally hold information regarding compliance with Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman recommendations. The PHSO publishes compliance data in its annual report; the annual report for 2025 to 2026 records that In the last 3 business years there were 11 instances of ‘Recommendations closed not complied with’.
