Dr Julian Lewis: Given that, in the past, the Government successfully took military action in the Balkans without authorisation from the United Nations, has not it turned out to be a serious mistake by the Prime Minister to expend so much effort in persuading our American allies to go down the flawed route of an unnecessary second United Nations resolution?
